Is your training legal without CPCS/NPORS?
UK law requires adequate training and competence under PUWER Regulation 9 — not a specific card or accreditation scheme. Our training meets the legal standard and provides a full audit trail to demonstrate compliance.
What if my site requires CPCS/NPORS?
Our training can prepare operators for scheme assessment if needed. We will always be upfront about this and help you understand your options.
How often do operators need refreshing?
HSE recommends refresher training typically every 3–5 years, or sooner after incidents, equipment changes, or when unsafe habits are observed.
Can you train on our equipment?
Yes. On-site training uses your own trucks and equipment, making it directly relevant to your workplace and operations.
What documentation do we get?
A full audit trail including unit certificates, theory test results, practical assessment records, and refresher recommendations. Everything you need for HSE compliance.
Do you cover the whole East Midlands?
Yes. Based near Derby (DE65), we cover Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Staffordshire and beyond. Travel is included within 25 miles — beyond that, it’s 50p per mile + VAT.
